Gabriel Recently graduated from Miami-Dade College with an Associate of Arts in Music. His main instruments are guitar and bass with extensive knowledge in music theory. From 2007-2009 he worked in the University of Miami doing various volunteer work with the Tri-M Music Honor Society and helping various artists during the Coconut Grove Arts Festival. He marched for his high school Marching Band for 4 years and became woodwind captain for the rest of his marching in school. He joined Tri-M in 2007 and held one of the highest amounts of community service hours through his membership. In his last two years he was elected Vice President of the Music society where he did much community work, along with a toy drive for christmas and thanksgiving. Aside from being a Dean’s list student,
Gabriel currently plays bass in a local indie-band called Antics. He specializes in music theory, composition, indie/experimental rock, post-rock and jazz. In total he has been involved in music for more than 12 years, besides marching he also took part in symphonic bands, orchestras and local rock bands. Gabriel also composes and writes his own music.
