Dominique De Biasio

Dominique De Biasio is a classically trained musician with over 12 years experience in the music field. She is a graduate of the Capital University Conservatory of Music, and holds a Bachelor of Music in Music Industry Studies. During her time at the Conservatory, she was involved in over a dozen projects and ensembles, and traveled to Chicago, Nashville, and Atlanta to further her work and studies. The frontwoman of two bands, Lionel the Jailbird and Wake Fold Jazz Ensemble, she performed regularly throughout Ohio. While her background is classical, she loves to work with students that have a passion for rock, pop, and alternative music.

She now serves as a Learning Strategist for Hal Smith ES, and holds a Masters of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from UNLV. She also is the director of the Disney Musicals in Schools grant program at her school site, and continues to write music for voice, guitar, piano, and violin. She believes that every student deserves an energized educational experience, and will ensure that her students feel supported both during lessons, and when practicing at home.
