Tim Hulak

Tim Hulak first picked up a guitar in 2006 after hearing the live Randy Rhoads Tribute album. After gigging around southern California, Nevada, and Utah with his rock band (playing with Korn, LA Guns, Creeping Death, the Iron Maidens, and others), Tim joined the United States Marine Corps in 2009. He returned to school in 2012, attending Chaffey College in Rancho Cucamonga and graduating with an associates degree in Fine Art & Music with a guitar emphasis.

As a blues, rock, metal, and jazz musician, Tim teaches music theory that is practical to the guitar and has a strong emphasis on sight reading, chordal and scalar playing, and improvisation.
