John Vullo

Carle Place

When John was 12, he took lessons from an instructor who was very by-the-book, and he was not really interested in it. He found another teacher who took the time to know him and really listen to what he wanted to learn, and teach him those things, with an emphasis on the theory and the “why” of each idea. John’s teacher, Jon Bivona (Trans-Siberian Orchestra, Mark Wood Experience), was a huge inspiration not only to his playing, but to his teaching style. He helped John understand that to enjoy playing guitar is what you get out of guitar. So whether you want to relax, or express yourself through song, or be the next Jimi Hendrix, John be able to get you to however far you are willing to go.
