Jeff Triggs is a composer, pianist, and drum set player from Madison New Jersey. Starting on the drum set at age eleven, he played in local bands. In 2012, he travelled to Hammelburg Germany to study with drummer Benny Greb, the author of The Language of Drumming, at a master class of his. He has an Associates degree from County College of Morris from their electronic music department where he studied with composer and pianist, Dr. José Beviá. He will be receiving his Bachelors degree from Montclair State University in may of 2016, where he is studying composition at the John J. Cali Conservatory of Music. He has had major compositional works performed and recorded there, including string quartets and orchestral works. Jeff is fluent in German and has some knowledge of Japanese.
