Fidel Garcia began to play violin when he was 6 years old. He studied in Amadero Roldan Conservatory in Cuba for about 11 years. Once he moved to Miami, he studied viola and violin in the New World School of the Art in Downtown Miami for about 3 years. Fidel then went on to Barry Univeristy with a Music and Talent Scholarship and completed his Bachelors in Music Performance in 2 009. Starting from 2005 Fidel has worked for the Doral Conservatory and School of the Art as a violin instructor teaching students of all ages. He obtained a second job teaching and organizing recitals at Miami Dade College- Community Education Program at North Campus. In these jobs he has planned lessons, arranged performances, coached ensembles and taught using various methods (Suzuke, A Tune a Day, Intrusment Essentials). In 2008 he joined the Pizarro School Music Program in which he also taught violin, sight singing and theory.
