Caesar Martinez

Caesar Martinez is native to Northern California but migrated to L.A. County five years ago to complete a Bachelor of Music degree in Music Performance from the Bob Cole Conservatory of Music at CSU Long Beach. Graduating Magna Cum Laude, Caesar had the opportunity to study with many active musicians in Southern California including Sal Lozano, Jay Mason, Jimmy Emerzian, and Jeff Jarvis. Caesar also played with the Award-Winning Concert Jazz Orchestra directed by Jeff Jarvis at CSU Long Beach. During the last several years Caesar has begun a freelance career as a woodwind artist in L.A. and Orange County and has had the opportunity to play with notable artists such as Kim Richmond, Jim Snidero, Tierny Sutton, and Idugu Chancellor. Caesar is currently working on his first album that is composed of all original tunes and arrangements that encompasses his passion for the language of jazz both dated and modern.
 Caesar has also recorded with rock groups Dusty Rhodes and the River Band and Big Japan, and continues to perform and record in a variety of musical genres and groups in the Southern California area
