I WANTED TO TELL YOU OF THE PLEASANT EXPERIENCE I HAD WITH DAVE HALEY THIS PAST FRIDAY.
I HAD ORIGINALLY ORDER THE GUITAR THROUGH AMAZON AND THOUGHT IT WAS AMAZON WHO WOULD SEND IT. BECAUSE THERE WAS AN INITIAL PROBLEM WITH PAYMENT AT AMAZON, I THOUGHT I WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO GET IT FROM THEM ON SATURDAY (THE DAY I HAD SET UP AT AMAZON WITH NO PROBLEMS ON THURSDAY. HOWEVER ON FRIDAY EARLY AFTERNOON I GOT A MESSAGE FROM AMAZON SAYING I NEEDED TO CHANGE PAYMENTMETHOD. SO I DID BUT AMAZON INITIALLY SENT BACK INFO ON SHIPPING AND RECEIVING FOR NEXT WEEK. THAT’S NOT WHAT I NEEDED. SO I LOOKED CLOSER AT THE ADVERTISMENT AND SAW THE GUITAR WAS REALLY COMING FROM YOU ALL.

THAT’S WHEN I CALLED SAM ASH AND GOT DAVE. I WAS IN A FRANTIC MODE AS I WANTED THE GUITAR ON SATURDAY AND WASN’T SURE IF DAVE COULD HELP.

WELL TO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT DAVE WAS ABLE TO GET IT TO ME ON SATURDAY AND I WAS VERY HAPPY.
HE WAS SO KIND AND PROFESSIONAL, DID NOT PANIC, TOOK HIS TIME AND MADE SURE NUMBERS AND SO FORTH WERE CORRECT, ECT..

YOU HAVE A GOLDEN CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE. I WOULD KEEP HIM AROUND AND CONSIDER UPPING HIS COMPENSATION A BIT. HE IS WORTH IT!!
